4. Learn and implement maintenance and lubrication requirements, clean and scrub according to regulations, and keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean.
5. It is necessary to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, understand the process standards and inspection items, and inspect and judge the technical condition of each part of the equipment according to the requirements of the inspection; Be able to identify abnormal phenomena and locations of equipment, and identify the causes; Can judge the technical status of equipment according to the standard of intact equipment.
Coal washing equipment technicians should take timely measures to prevent equipment failures from escalating; Can complete general adjustments and troubleshoot simple faults.
