A coal washing machine is a type of mineral processing equipment used to complete coal washing. The entire equipment is divided into: jigging, flotation, heavy medium coal selection, washing, etc. The detailed parameters and usage methods of selecting a coal washing machine. Coal washing machines include raw coal discharge machines, gangue lifting machines, and multifunctional coal washing machines. The commonly referred coal washing machine refers to a jigger, which uses the principle of different densities to layer coal seams with air and water, discharge gangue and impurities, and recover clean coal that meets the requirements. Be careful when operating the coal washing machine to ensure production and safety.
1. Start sequence: Start the water pump first. When water flows out of the coal washing machine outlet, turn on the grading belt, dewatering screen, and lifting bucket (1, 2, 3) in front. Open the air valve again, then turn on the fan, (final coal screen), and feeding belt conveyor.
2. Shutdown sequence: First stop the feeding belt conveyor (final coal screen), then stop the water pump, fan, and air valve. Under normal circumstances, stop the conveyor when there is no material in the lifting bucket, dewatering classification screen, or belt conveyor to avoid accidents when restarting.
3. Lubrication: Apply grease to each oil hole of the air valve once per shift, and apply grease to the head of the hoist and vibration motor once a month. The first oil change time for each gearbox and fan is one month, the second time is every three months; From now on, change the oil every six months. When injecting oil, pay attention to the display of the oil gauge and oil window to avoid adding too much or too little.
4. Operation: Depending on the type of coal, each gate should increase or decrease the number of discharge times. If the gangue content exceeds 20%, if there is no material in the lifting bucket, it must be discharged. The principle is to discharge frequently and discharge less. The head of the lifting machine is equipped with a safety pin, which will not disconnect under normal circumstances. If the lifting amount is exceeded, it may disconnect. After reinstalling the safety pin, it is necessary to retest the machine and check for any jamming. If any, it should be eliminated before production can begin.
5. Adjustment: Adjust each coal slurry valve (air valve) and shut-off valve (water valve) according to the size of coal type and material quantity. The normal sequence is to observe the opening of the first air valve and water valve from the feeding port, and then decrease in sequence.
6. Cleaning the bed layer: Clean every 10 days to remove iron and debris from the bottom of the sieve, so that each ventilation hole has good ventilation function. Regularly check the bolts in various parts to see if there is any looseness, and if there is, tighten them.
