  Flipped arc-shaped screen is a fixed classification equipment for removing sludge, media, and dehydration of fine-grained materials, especially when used in conjunction with heavy medium cyclone coal selection in the coal washing machine coal selection process, it is easy to screen high density fine-grained minerals; Flipping the arc-shaped screen works, and the coal preparation equipment slurry passes through the feeding box at a fixed speed and is fed into the screen surface from above along the tangent direction. Due to the centripetal force, the slurry layer moves closely against the screen surface. When the slurry layer flows from one screen bar to another, the edges of each screen bar cut the slurry layer. The cut slurry is discharged through the screen gap under the centripetal force of the coal preparation machine, becoming the product under the screen; The uncut part of the slurry, passing through the root sieve strips, becomes the material on the sieve, and the thickness of the undersize flow bundle cut by each sieve strip; The coal washing machine is about a quarter of the width of the screen gap, and the larger particle size in the products under the screen is twice the thickness of the flow rate under the screen cut by the screen. The classification particle size of the curved screen is about half of the width of the screen gap.

After adding flotation agents and stirring, it enters the flotation machine to stop flotation, select clean coal and tail coal, and recover the flotation clean coal using a pressure filter, mixed with the jigging clean coal product; The flotation tailings from the coal selection machine enter the tailings concentrator, and the bottom flow of the concentrator is dehydrated and recovered by a filter press. The filtrate from the tailings filter press, the filtrate from the clean coal filter press, and the overflow from the concentrator are collected in the circulating water tank as consumption water for the entire plant; The coal washing plant is equipped with an accident sedimentation tank to deal with accident drainage. After the escaping, emitting, dripping, leaking and floor cleaning water in the coal washing equipment consumption system enters the drainage tank, they are pumped into the concentration tank for recovery. After the raw coal selected by the coal washing machine enters the jigging machine for washing, three products are selected: clean coal, middling coal and gangue. The overflow clean coal enters the grading dewatering screen, and after dewatering and grading, it passes through the centrifuge, After being dehydrated again, it is stacked on the ground through a belt conveyor or stored in a refined coal bin.
