The direct cause of this phenomenon after being inspected by the fitter is that the throttle valve of the coal washing machine is broken, and there is no ready-made steam valve of the coal washing machine in the factory. What should we do? It is obvious that contacting the manufacturer of a coal washing company in Shanghai to purchase the throttle valve of the coal washing machine cannot be delivered in a timely manner, and it will also increase production costs. The coal washing workshop of the factory specially organized experienced employees to carry out technical research, analyzed the pressure generated by the cylinder steam pressure on the coal washing throttle valve and the material of the coal washing machine throttle valve, and decided to use manganese steel plate material for precision processing according to the original size of the coal washing machine throttle valve, making a substitute for the original coal washing machine throttle valve.
