Operating procedures for coal washing equipment:
1、 Startup sequence
First, turn on the water pump. When the water flows out of the coal washing machine outlet, turn on the grading belt, dewatering screen, and lifting bucket (1, 2, 3) in front. Open the air valve again, then turn on the fan, (final coal screen), and feeding belt conveyor.
2、 Shutdown sequence
Stop the feeding belt conveyor (final coal screen) first, then stop the water pump, fan, and air valve. Under normal circumstances, when there is no material in the lifting bucket, dewatering classification screen, or belt conveyor, stop the machine to avoid accidents when restarting.
3、 Lubrication
Apply butter to each oil injection hole of the air valve once per shift, and apply butter to the head of the hoist and vibration motor once a month. The first oil change time for each gearbox and fan is one month, the second time is every three months; From now on, change the oil every six months. When injecting oil, pay attention to the display of the oil gauge and oil window to avoid adding too much or too little.
4、 Operation
Depending on the type of coal, each gate should increase or decrease the number of discharge times. If the gangue content exceeds 20%, if there is no material in the lifting bucket, it must be discharged. The principle is to discharge frequently and discharge less. The head of the lifting machine is equipped with a safety pin, which will not disconnect under normal circumstances. If the lifting amount is exceeded, it may disconnect. After reinstalling the safety pin, it is necessary to retest the machine and check for any jamming. If any, it should be eliminated before production can begin.
5、 Adjustment
Adjust each coal slurry valve (air valve) and shut-off valve (water valve) according to the coal type and material quantity. The normal sequence is to observe the opening of the first air valve and water valve from the feeding port, and then decrease in sequence.
6、 Clean the bed layer
Clean every 10 days to remove iron tools and debris from the bottom of the screen, ensuring that each ventilation hole has good ventilation function. Regularly check the bolts in various parts to see if there is any looseness, and if there is, tighten them
