　　Characteristics and working principle

　　The air valve guides low-pressure air into and out of the air chamber under the screen at the selected frequency, causing the water inside the machine to form an upward and downward pulsating motion. The raw coal fed into the 1-2-3 section of the machine body from the feed is stratified by density under the action of the pulsating water flow. The gangue with high density gradually sinks and is distributed in the bottom layer, the middling coal with low density is distributed in the middle layer, and the cleaned coal with low density is distributed in the upper layer. Gangue is discharged at the end of sections 1-2,

　　5. Control principle

　　Jigging coal selection involves controlling the four major parameters of "wind, water, supply, and discharge". However, in actual production operations, once the "wind and water" are adjusted properly, they no longer change (occasionally fine tuned); In this way, the focus of control can be on the two major parameters of "feeding and discharging". The control of these two parameters varies with the changes in the quality characteristics of the washed raw coal. The coal feeding amount is adjusted according to the thickness of the first, second, and third heavy material layers of the coal washing equipment, forming an "automatic coal feeding according to the changes in the quality of the raw coal"; Combined with automatic discharge, it forms a dual control of coal feeding and discharge, stabilizing the thickness of the heavy material layer in the first, second, and third stages, ultimately maintaining stable clean coal ash content and output rate.
