The centrifugal dehydrator is applicable to the dewatering of fine clean coal and fine middling coal, and the feed particle size is 0-13-40mm. The moisture content of the final coal can be reduced from 18% -30% of the feed to 5% -8% (external moisture). The processing capacity of centrifuges varies greatly depending on the quality of coal and the composition of feed particle size. The specific calibration values can only be determined through on-site testing. Generally speaking, an increase in fine particles in the feed results in a decrease in processing capacity and an increase in product moisture.

　　The centrifugal dewatering machine operates based on the principle of centrifugal filtration. Wet coal passes through the feeding port and enters the space between the sieve basket and the spiral scraper through the fabric cone. Under the action of a centrifuge, water and small particles (centrifugal liquid) pass through the material layer, pass through the sieve, and flow into the collection tank of the upper shell along the upper cover. Then, they are discharged from the outside of the machine through the discharge pipes designed on both sides of the machine. The coal particles are kept inside the sieve, and due to the speed difference between the spiral scraper and the sieve basket, the spiral scraper scrapes the coal particles off the sieve and discharges them to the bottom of the sieve, thereby unloading the dehydrated coal into the collection funnel below the machine. This process continues continuously.
